Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card at checkout so your subscription carries on without interruption, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you three days before that happens. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account drops back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, and your widget keeps working.

The prices on this page are New Zealand dollars and already include GST at 15%. The number on the card is the number you pay. Stripe works out the correct tax treatment for wherever you are and issues a compliant invoice. We also bill in AUD and USD.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

Each time ReviewSpace generates a reply suggestion for a review, that counts as one AI reply draft. On every paid plan, AI reply drafts are unlimited.

No. Plans differ by how many locations they cover. Growth covers 1 location, Pro covers up to 2 locations, Multi covers up to 5 locations. Managing more than that? Get in touch and we'll sort something out.

No. Connecting a Google listing is optional. It unlocks two-way sync, so your reviews come in and your replies go back out. Without one you can still collect and publish testimonials, send review requests, and embed the widget on your site. Online-only businesses use ReviewSpace this way every day.

Email review requests work today. Text messaging is included in every paid plan and is switching on shortly, once the dedicated New Zealand sending number is provisioned. Your quota is waiting for you when it lands, and nothing about your plan or price changes.

Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After that, monthly plans run to the end of the period you paid for, and annual plans are billed up front and are not refundable part-way through the year. If we have charged you in error we refund it in full.
