More Google reviews. Proof they landed.

ReviewSpace asks your customers for a review, drafts a reply to every one that comes back, and shows the good ones on your website. Then it tells you how many were asked, how many published, and what your rating did.

Free to start. No contract, no onboarding call.

no display widget has ever produced a review

Other tools show your reviews. ReviewSpace goes and gets them.

Putting reviews on a page is the easy half. The hard half is a customer who meant to leave one and never did, and a reply sitting unwritten on your listing. That half needs a connection to Google, not an embed script.

three steps, and only the first needs Google

Connect, ask, show.

step 1

Connect Google

Sign in with the Google account that owns your business listing. Your existing reviews come across, replies included, and everything after that stays in sync both ways.

Synced

No Google listing? Skip this step. Testimonials and your website widget work without one.

step 2

Ask your customers

Send after a job, a visit or an order. Customers rate you first. Happy ones are handed the Google link, and everyone else reaches you privately instead of reaching your listing.

Email from Northlight Dental

Thanks for coming in today. How did we do?

Email sends today. SMS is coming soon.

step 3

Show them off

Paste the snippet into your website once. The widget stays in step with your listing, so a review published this morning is on your site this morning.

Booked in for a chipped front tooth on a Friday afternoon and they fitted me in the same day. Explained the options and the cost before starting, which I really appreciated. No fuss, and it looks exactly like the original.

Thanks Rachel, that is lovely to read. Friday afternoons can be tight so we are glad we could get you in and sorted the same day. See you at your check up.

The vertical axis runs 4.3 to 4.7. The rating is whatever Google publishes, read back through the same connection that sends your replies. ReviewSpace does not calculate it and cannot change it.

Every screen on this page is drawn from an example account. ReviewSpace has no customer results to show you yet, so none are invented here.

for the proof a Google listing was never going to hold

Not every business has a listing. Every business has happy customers.

ReviewSpace collects testimonials on its own capture page, so you can gather proof whether or not you have a Google Business Profile. Send the link, or put the QR code on an invoice. Your customer writes it, ticks consent, and it arrives for you to approve.

It is the answer for the work Google cannot see: business to business jobs, online orders, one-off projects, and anyone selling somewhere other than a shopfront. Testimonials land in the same library as your Google reviews, so you approve, tag and publish everything in one place.

  • A rating, in their own words, with their name
  • Photos of the work, if they have any
  • Consent to show it, ticked before they can send

The person who wrote it can withdraw it later from their own copy, and it comes off your site when they do. That is a New Zealand Privacy Act obligation, and it is built in rather than promised.

Google reviews and testimonials, on your own website.

The widget reads from your live listing, so what a visitor sees on your website is what they would see on Google that morning. New reviews appear on their own, and removed ones disappear.

The star number is every Google review of your listing, nothing hidden. An honest 4.6 from 87 people converts better than a suspicious 5.0 from nine, and it is the only number we will show you.

Each widget carries one kind: your Google reviews, or the testimonials you have collected and approved. Pick the layout, the font and the colours to match the site you already have.

Paid plans take the ReviewSpace mark off the widget.

Who builds this

I am Luke and I build ReviewSpace on my own in New Zealand. The tools that actually go and get reviews are sold to agencies at agency prices. The ones a small business can afford only display quotes on a page, so the rating never moves. This is the version I wanted to hand a friend with a workshop, a clinic or an online store. If you email support, it reaches me.

Questions worth asking.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Not to start. Collecting and replying to Google reviews needs one, and it is free to claim. If you sell online, work business to business, or have no listing yet, ReviewSpace still collects testimonials and shows them on your website. The Google half switches on the day you connect a listing.

Is the rating step allowed?

Nobody is blocked from leaving a public review. We ask how the visit went, then show the Google link to customers who are happy and a private message box to customers who are not. Anyone can go to Google directly at any point, and we never filter what appears on your listing.

Do the AI replies really post to Google?

Yes. The reply is drafted for you, you edit or approve it, and ReviewSpace posts it through your Google Business Profile connection. It shows on your listing under your business name, the same as if you had typed it there. Nothing posts on its own.

Can I send requests by text message?

Not yet. Text messaging needs a dedicated New Zealand shortcode, which takes several weeks to be issued, so requests go out by email today. Each paid plan already includes an SMS allowance and it starts working when the number arrives, at no extra cost.

Where does the star number on the widget come from?

Your live Google listing, counting every review on it. There is no control that hides the three star ones, because a rating that has been quietly filtered is worth nothing to the person reading it.

What happens after the trial?

You pick a plan or you stop. There is no contract, no notice period and no call to book. Your reviews and replies stay on Google either way, because they were always yours.

Start asking this week.

Connect your listing tonight, send your first requests tomorrow, and watch the funnel fill in. If nothing publishes, you will know that too, which is the part nobody else will tell you.

Free to start. No contract, no onboarding call.
